Sterling Technopark (100 has.) Maguyam, Cavite

Phases I and III are completed while Phase II is on-going development. Diamond Ceramics acquired 3 has. of land and currently fast-tracking the completion of its facilities to manufacture toilet ceramic products (e.g. bowls and lavatories) to meet target operation on October 2001. RK Energy manufactures transformers and Triotech produces garments and will commence commercial operation by middle of the year.

Cagayan Freeport

The administration building will soon be completed. The port concessionaire, namely Asian Pacific International Terminals, is also looking for a strategic partner that will co-develop Port Irene in the Freeport.

First Clarkway Industrial Park (FCIP)

JTCI of Singapore completed the masterplan of FCIP. They were also granted PEZA approval but pending Presidential proclamation. Being situated right along the North Expressway and immediately accessed at the San Simon, Pampanga interchange, the principals are confident that the location will strategically cater to investors seeking freehold land within the "W" Growth Corridor. The principals are seeking joint venture partners and allied opportunities on the site.

Zamboanga Freeport

Philippine China South Ocean Xing Ye Tobacco Share Corp. signed a lease agreement with Zamboanga Freeport. The company is a joint venture between Hebei Tian Yuan Shar Ltd. Corp. headed by Liang Shangcheng and Philippine China Century Corp. headed by Manuel Tan. The company is engaged in tobacco processing and shall commence operations within two months. 70% of the total production shall be for export while the rest will be sold in the local market.

First Cagayan de Oro Business Park

The Mindanao International Container Terminal (MICT) was given the allocation for financing through the Obuchi Fund. MICT is barely 7 kms. from FCDO Business Park. This will strategically enhance the viability of the project. At present, the proponent is seeking a joint venture partner to develop the project.
